The Chipquik TS391AX is a No-clean soldering paste that is unique because this paste does not need to be kept in the refrigerator, but still stays good for a year. The solder paste is supplied in a 5cc, 15g syringe, for easy application of the paste.
The TS391AX is a type 4 solder paste (20-38 microns), contains 88% metal and has a melting point of only 183°C. We at Eleshop recommend to store the product at room temperature for the longest lifetime.
The soldering paste is lead-containing.
