1. Terms scope and validity

1.1. Current terms apply to the customer after making a purchase from Dormikor OÜ-s webshop www.oomipood.ee (Dormikor OÜ registration code 10284814, address Peterburi mnt 90F, Tallinn).

1.2. Parties shall be guided by these Terms, the pricelist and the current legislation of the Estonian Republic in their mutual relations.


2. Purchase agreement coming into force

2.1. The purchase agreement of ordered products is considered concluded after the order is finalized by the customer and the order confirmation is sent by Oomipood.


3. The prices of products and services

3.1. The prices shown by the products are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT.

3.2. OÜ Dormikor has the right to make product price corrections informing customers about it on its website with the new price. 

3.3. In case the price is not available or is €0,00, the correct price for the product is missing from our database and we ask you to contact us by phone or by e-mail to specify it. If a client has ordered a product, that is not available or had a wrong price due to technical issues or employee error, we reserve the right to withdraw the order. The corresponding order will be corrected and the order confirmation will be sent as soon as possible.

3.4. When ordering catalogue products, Oomipood has the right to ask a handling fee that is 25% of the products price (already included in the price). The fee consists of the costs incurred when delivering  the goods. The handling fee is shown separately in the shopping cart and on the invoice.


4. Goods receipt and payment:

4.1. The minimum order is 8 EUR (does not include postage costs). If the order is less than 8 EUR, a small order fee will be added to the order. The small order fee is equal to the difference between the minimum order amount and the price of the products in the specific order.

4.2. Possible payment methods and shipping possibilities:

• Customer will receive the order at a store chosen previously. The payment can be with a banklink, prepaid with bank transfer, prepaid with debit- or credit card or by signing with Liisi or ESTO installments.

• The order will be sent to Oomipood parcel terminal situated in Peterburi tee 90F. The order must be prepaid 100% with banktransfer, debit- or credit card, banklink or by signing with Liisi or ESTO installments. It is possible to send orders to our parcel terminal, if the products are suitable by weight and size.

• The order will be sent by DPD courier to the address supplied previously.  The order must be prepaid 100% with banktransfer, debit- or credit card, banklink or by signing with Liisi or ESTO installments.

• The order will be sent to a previously chosen Smartpost or DPD parcel terminal.  The order must be prepaid 100% with banktransfer, debit- or credit card, banklink or by signing with Liisi or ESTO installments. It is possible to send orders by Smartpost or DPD, if the products are suitable by weight and size.

NB! When using a bank link for payment, be sure to press the “Back to merchant” link after payment. Otherwise the order information will not reach us, and the fulfillment of the order could take some time.

4.3 The owner of the online store is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor EveryPay AS. Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of EveryPay AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the Online Store.


5. Availability of goods

5.1. The availability of a product is described next to the specific product. The details on Oomipood website are supplemented when possible. Due to the time delay and possible inaccuracies between the database and the real Oomipood - and our suppliers stock, the Oomipood cannot guarantee the availability of products. In such cases the Oomipood will immediately inform the customer and the further completion of the order will be settled according to the customers wishes and the possibiloties of the Oomipood.


6. Rights to withdraw the order by the customer

6.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

6.2. The customer has the right to withdraw the concluded purchase agreement 14 days after the goods have been received by the customer. 

6.3. To withdraw the agreement the customer must make a corresponding statement to the Oomipood and return the received products. You can download the form from this link.

6.4. If the goods are damaged, used, without labels, without the original packaging or the condition of the product has deteriorated, the Customer cannot withdraw from the order, or the Customer is obliged to compensate Oomipood for the decrease in the value of the product.

6.5. Goods that have been ordered to fit specific personal requierments are not returnable.

6.6. If the customer wishes to withdraw the order, Oomipood will return ones money as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days from the withdrawal and the provision of ones bank account number.

6.7. The customer must pay the returning of goods.


7. Rights to withdraw the order by Oomipood

7.1. Oomipood has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded on the basis of the order, if the Customer has not paid the invoice within 30 days, if the Customer has not collected the order within 30 days, if Oomipoe has exhausted the stocks of the corresponding goods or it turns out that Oomipood is unable to deliver the items in the order products within the next 180 days.

7.2. Oomipood keeps the ordered products in stock for 30 days after informing the customer of the bundled order. Customers money, of which the handling- and storage fees are deducted, will be paid back on the basis of ones statement.


8. Complaints

8.1. Oomipood will give a complaints term for the ordered products as provided by law.
8.2. Complaints term is valid only to products with receipts.
8.3. Complaints term does not apply if the defect is due to the unpurposeful use of the product or normal aging.
8.4. Products marked with "defect", "repaired", "used", "saleoff" or "sample" is not valid for a complaint term, if the fault has been described before the purchase.
8.5. The expected time for processing a complaint is 30 days. For faster processing, we recommend that you contact the warranty repairer directly for complaints relating to Ezviz, Hikvision, Alcoscan and Navitel products.

9. Retention of title

9.1. Until the customer has paid the full price for the product, it remains to be the property of Oomipood.


10. Collection and use of customer information

10.1. Oomipood will not release customer information to third parties except transport services for delivering products to customers.

10.2. Oomipood will use customer information for sending advertisements and other information only if the customer has wished so.


10. Collection and use of personal data

10.1. Dormikor OÜ is committed to protecting the privacy of customers and users. Accordingly, we have established this Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure, transmission and storage of customer data. Our activities on the Internet are in accordance with all relevant activities and the relevant legislation of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

10.2. Personal data is data that Oomipood collects to identify or contact an individual. The collection of personal data may take place with the consent of the customer in the following ways:

When submitting contact information (including your name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, personal identification code) on our website or in the store when using the website from the customer's account information or when making a purchase or order in our e-shop, the e-shop may ask for The personal data required may include name, personal identification number, address, postcode, e-mail address and telephone number) when submitting a pay-by-installmetns request.

10.3. With the help of the collected personal data, we can inform customers about news, special offers, campaigns and upcoming events. A customer who does not wish to be on our newsletter list can opt out at any time. We also use the collected personal data for the delivery of goods and the fulfillment of obligations to the customer. In order to better serve the customer, Oomipood may disclose information about individual users to a third party who provides services to Oomipood and is contractually obliged to keep the shared information confidential. A third party is, for example, our partner, whose tasks are to mediate the goods sold in the e-shop, the payment service or the provision of an pay-by-installments service. The personal data collected can be viewed, changed and supplemented in the "My Account" area of ​​our website.

10.4. Oomipood takes all precautions (incl. administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the customer's personal data. Only authorized persons have access to change and process the data.

10.5. Oomipood may use the Buyer's personal data to protect its rights and transfer the Buyer's personal data to third parties to the extent necessary to protect its rights.

10.6. All personal data of the customer that has become known during the visit to the Oomipood e-store and the performance of purchases will be treated as confidential information. An encrypted data channel with the payment service provider ensures the security of the purchaser's personal data and bank details.

10.7. The buyer has the right to check the personal data concerning him / her and to request that they be changed or that his / her personal data be deleted from the database.

10.8. Dormikor OÜ may disclose personal data to authorized and responsible processors who need access to the data in order to provide the service to Dormikor OÜ. For example, the personal data necessary for making payments are transferred to the authorized processor ESTO AS or EveryPay AS.

11. Changes in the ordering terms and pricelist

11.1. Oomipood has the right to change and improve these ordering terms and pricelist.

11.2. Information about the changes will be available on Oomipood website www.oomipood.ee The changes in the pricelist will take effect immediately after they are made.

11.3. If the order is finalized before the changes, the previous pricelist and terms are applied to that order.


12. Disputes

12.1. On the basis of these terms the supervisory competence belongs to the Consumer Disputes Committee (CDC). For further information call the CDC hotline 1330 or 6 201 707.

12.2. Customer has the right to file a comlpaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee or through the European Commissions Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.


13. Final provisions

13.1. These ordering terms and the purchase agreement are regulated by the Estonian Republic law.

13.2.If some of these provisions are trivial, they will not affect the rest of these ordering terms or the validity of the purchase agreement. The trivial provision will be replaced with a provision that is legally and economically the most similar and provided by law.
