How does our parcel terminal work?

• Go to www.oomipood.ee, choose your products and add them to your shopping cart (NB! maximum package size that fits the parcel terminal is 380 x 360 x 620mm).
• Choose Oomipood parcel terminal as the shipping method.
• If the package is assembled and forwarded to the parcel terminal, you will receive an SMS with a PIN code.
• If you are collecting the package outside work hours, use the PIN to open the exterior door.
• Enter the lobby and insert the same code to the parcel terminal, door will open.
• Take your package and close the door.
• It's as easy as that! Until next time!

If you are a frequent buyer:

• Download CollectNet application from  Google Play or App Store environment.
• Go to www.oomipood.ee, choose your products and add them to your shopping cart.
• Choose Oomipood parcel terminal as the shipping method.
• If the package is assembled and forwarded to the parcel terminal, you will receive an push-notification from the application.
• If you are collecting the package outside work hours, use the PIN code from the application to open the exterior door.
• Enter the lobby and open the CollectNet application.
• Click on the squared icon and scan the QR code from the parcel terminal (if the QR code doesn't work for some reason, use the PIN code).
• Take your package and close the door.
